Between hockey, poker and all our activities in between, everyone here generally has it pretty good (great, in fact). Meanwhile, it's not too difficult to be aware of those in our neighbourhood, our workplace, or even our own family that are struggling in some way, perhaps temporarily or even for an extended time.

Each year-end (or at some points during the season) the Mad Dogs Hockey and Poker groups collectively attempts to recognize a cause and direct modest funds to assist those in need. GMs Frank, Terry, and Jason also contribute personal funds towards these efforts each year and we encourage everyone to play a role, however large or small. A little help goes a long way sometimes.

The following is a brief historic summary of our yearly endeavours, notwithstanding mid-year food drives and donations too. Peace and good health to everyone.
